Language Assistance Services

Ideal CDPAP provides free language assistance to people whose primary language is not English, including qualified oral interpretation and written translation of vital documents, in a timely manner. You will not be asked to pay for these services or to provide your own interpreter.

How to File a Grievance

If you believe Ideal CDPAP has failed to provide these services or has discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability, you can file a grievance with our compliance contact:

You can file a grievance in person, by mail, by phone, or by email. If you need help filing a grievance, our compliance contact is available to assist you. Our process is:

  1. Submit your grievance, in writing or orally, within 60 calendar days of the incident.
  2. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days.
  3. We will investigate and provide a written decision within 30 calendar days.
  4. If you disagree with the decision, you may request further review by outside legal counsel retained by Ideal CDPAP within 15 calendar days of the decision.

Ideal CDPAP will not retaliate against anyone who files a grievance or cooperates with a grievance investigation.
